Project Overview
Built a comprehensive automation that eliminates manual reporting by collecting daily mobile app metrics, processing them with Python, analyzing trends with AI, and delivering insights directly to Slack. This system handles both iOS and Android data while maintaining historical records in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Technical Implementation
Multi-Platform Data Collection
Automated webhook collects Daily Active Users and App Installs data from Posthog.
Python Data Processing
Python script cleans data and converts to JSON format, which is then uplaoded to a Google Sheet tracking weekly performance.
AI-Powered Insights
A weekly aggregated overview table, combined with the marketing activity log, is sent to an LLM (Claude in this case) to generate insights and identify trends.
Automated Distribution
The system publishes AI-generated insights to Slack and generates a structured Slides presentation. The presentation contains segmented insights across dedicated slides, complete with graphs that visualize weekly trends.
