Project Overview

Built for a booking-software company whose sales team needed to assess how each prospect had embedded their booking widget. The tool turns a simple form submission into a full technical audit: it screenshots the prospect's live site, has Claude analyse the integration from the images and page source, enriches the lead in the CRM, and drafts a personalised email — all before a salesperson has even opened the lead.

The Challenge

Problem: Auditing each prospect's site by hand — opening it, checking the widget, noting issues, writing a tailored email, logging it in the CRM — took ~25 minutes per lead and didn't scale. Slow, inconsistent responses cost conversions.

Technical Implementation

Multimodal Analysis with Claude

Desktop and mobile screenshots plus the page source are passed to Claude, which identifies how the booking widget is embedded (iframe, inline, popup, floating, standalone) and flags load or placement issues a human would otherwise check by hand.

Headless Capture Pipeline

A Browserless headless browser renders the prospect's live site at two viewports and extracts the raw HTML, giving the model both what the page looks like and how it is built.

Automatic CRM Enrichment

Extracted company details are matched to (or created in) Intercom as a company and lead, and the full audit is logged to Google Sheets — so sales has a complete, structured record before they reply.

Personalised Outreach Draft

Findings are turned into a tailored audit email saved as a Gmail draft, so the sales team sends a relevant, technical-sounding response within minutes of the prospect's submission.
